Caribbean Wedding


This Caribbean style, budget friendly wedding was so fun to plan!  I have known the bride for a couple years now and she is one of the sweetest people I know.  I was honored to plan and cater her wedding.   Here is what we did for the reception.

We did a drink bar with Tropical Fruit Punch, Mango Iced Tea, Mango Spritzer, Palomas, and a Citrus Mint Water.  Each guest was given a mason jar for the night which was also their favor.

For food we did a heavy appetizer buffet with BBQ Pork Sliders, Coconut Cilantro Rice, Coleslaw, Fresh Fruit, Vegetables, Cheese and Crackers.

And lastly for dessert we did a one tiered Chocolate Cake with Banana Pudding and Coconut Macadamia Nut Buttercream, Mini Pineapple Upside Down Cake Cupcakes and Mini Chocolate Coconut Cupcakes.
