Surfer’s Food

This is one of my favorite snacks after a good workout.  It is full of protein and healthy omega 3-fatty acids.


1 Avocado

1/4 Cup Sunflower Seeds

1 Teaspoon Spike Seasoning

1/2 Cup Fat Free Cottage Cheese


Split Avocado in half.  Season with Spike seasoning and top with cottage cheese and sunflower seeds.  Enjoy!

Healthy Breakfast



1/2 Cup Greek Yogurt
1 Tablespoon Marshall Farms Honey
1/4 Cup Autumn Wheat Cereal (Trader Joes)
1/8 Cup Fresh Blueberries
1/8th Cup Fresh Mango

Mix yogurt with honey and top with cereal and fresh blueberries and mango.

You can use different fruits like strawberries, pomegranates, or raspberries. These add a sweeter taste without using extra sugar.
