Love Birds Theme Engagement Party (Desserts)

This is the dessert table portion of the event. My cousin and her fiance love pies, so we decided to do a “pie bar” to give a unique element to the dessert table, while focusing on what they both love. We also did a milk and cookie station with regular and chocolate milk and a variety of different cookies. Because it was cold, we decided to also do a cider station with specialty ciders and fun mugs. Here are some of the pictures!

The Pie Bar was filled with mini apple cranberry pies, berry pie pops, banana cream pie shots, mini pecan pie sliders, blueberry shortcakes and a variety of different candies.

Christmas Eve Catering

This was a very festive Christmas Eve dinner. We did a roasted blue cheese stuffed pear salad, filet mignon with red wine mushroom reduction, scalloped potatoes and sauteed spinach, and chocolate souffle with peppermint ganache.
