This is a fun way to serve soup and salad! We enjoyed serving tomato basil soup shots with garlic crostini and chicken tortilla soup shots with mini quesadillas. We also did a warm panko crusted goat cheese arugula salad, a greek salad and a mexican salad for our salad bar all served in cute take out boxes.

My cousin Katie got engaged in the fall and I was so excited when I was asked to cater her engagement party. My Aunt and I went all out and went with a “love birds” theme. We did two buffet stations and passed appetizers. I am not going to write out what everything was, but hopefully the pictures will do it justice. There will be more pictures to come.
