Whats For Dinner Tonight

This is such a simple meal to make that is so delicious and healthy!

Italian Salmon in Foil

wild salmon
feta cheese
sliced tomatoes

Place Salmon on a piece of foil season with salt and pepper. Top with basil, feta and tomato (in that order). Fold up foil to form a pack and bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes or until cooked through.

Serve some sweet espresso chip marangues as dessert to keep it light!
